I was wondering if anyone has any experence with the Gas Check cast 250 or 300 gr. bullets in their 45 lc or 454 Cas. and how well they preform at the higher vel. :confused:

This is a photo of a 325 Gr. Gas Check I load in both my .45 colt and .454 Casull handguns. It's Lyman #452651. It performs well in both my Ruger Blackhawk .45's, and in my Ruger Super Redhawk in .454 Casull. I cast it hard with Linotype. Lube is LBT Blue. It's the slug on the left.  billt.
