I've never used a spray lube, I've only used imperial sizing lube.  Stuff comes in a small can and it doesn't take alot to go a long way.  I know midway sells it.

  Take care Be safe Poacher.

Another area that often gets neglected when reloading bottlenecked rifle cases is proper lubing of the inside of the case mouth. Expander plugs can stick ripping off the case at the rim. I use a dry white graphite powder like Motor Mica for this. It won't contaminate the powder, and offers good lubricity. Bottleneck rifle cases require considerably more force to resize than a straight walled pistol case. For one they operate at far higher pressures than most handgun rounds, and are usually considerably thicker, plus they can accomplish neck expansion in the same operation. I also believe cleaning the cases helps by removing a lot of dirt and soot from the inside of the case mouth, making it easier to pull the expander plug thru.  Bill T.

I have the Lee Collet dies for my .223. I'll still lube them with some alcohol and lanolin. Same as they sell you. Just cheaper.

I use a neck sizer and use hornady one shot lube, easy as pie.

If I ultrasonically clean my brass, (and it cleans ALL the lube residue off, BTW),  so I use a little lube on a rag on the neck only.

If I'm in a hurry and load my cases dirty, I'll just liberally spray them with one shot, use my neck sizer and hope for the best. Haven't had a stuck case yet, but I remember a couple close calls.

Just as a word of warning, if you WANT to give someone a stuck case, just ultrasonically clean a case, and throw it in with their lubed cases, guaranteed stuck case.  You won't even be able to get it all the way in......
