The trick to pulling milsurp bullets with sealant is to run the collet down to within a few thousands from the case neck and tighten.  Then instead of pulling on the bullet, push it down until the collet makes contact with the case neck.  It is easier pushing down on the ram handle and it can't go any further than the case neck.  This breaks the sealant and you can hear it pop loose, then pull up on the handle and pull the bullet out easily.  By doing it this way, you don't run the chance of the collet slipping off the bullet and deforming it. Works like a champ.
