So in addition to getting my new yet mysterious trim dies, I also got a new / old pacific pistol powder measure. Brand new in probably a 20 yr. old box. I can get the bushings (all 22 of them ) still from hornady for over six bucks a piece. It makes my little $10 bargin, not such a bargin. So if you have any and would like to sell them at a reasonable price (not $5.99) I would certainly be intrested. Or if through your internet travels you happen across some please send me a link.
I would seem that this measure is somewhat like a lee auto disk, but a little more usre friendly. thanks

I was kinda thinking the same thing , but figuring out actual charges would be a shot in the dark. I guess I could put my daughters geometry to work, but still ,what a pain in the ass. I think I'll just look and see what ones I will typically use and order them through midsouth shooters supply and pay the $5.00. I wonder why they wouldn't just include the damn things in the first place. It's not like you can do w/o them unless you need 16 1/2 gr. of bullseye.

Looks to me not a hell of a job for somebody who has access to/knows how to work with a lathe.

If you can borrow the sizes you need frequently measuring is simple enough, and this gives you also an idea about an in between size for specials.

with a shop made bushing, just throw a few charges and look at the chart.if it throws the same amount of bullseye as a number 15 ,then you know it will throw the same amount of every other powder that a 15 will as well.

I have about 15 or 16 extra bushings for pacific/hornady pistol powder measures.Only thing is they are mostly#1 and #3s.Which is good if you want drill them out a little to make specific charges.I need a #2,4,5,6,10,12 for what I do.I might be talked into a trade for all of them if I could get some or all of what I need.I also might trade for something else I could use. What I have available is,I think...3 #1's...11#3's...1#13...1#15...1#19...1#21 that I dont use. These came with the measure I bought from a guy.PM me if anyone is interested.

I also have a pacific pistol powder measure with one ROTOR.A different version. And 1 ROTOR for a forester powder measure I might donate to someone.

..Robin
