First, start with a good reloading manual. Or two or three.
Then get a Forster Co-Ax press
Forster or Redding Rifle Dies
Lee Collet Neck Sizer dies
Lee Collet type factory crimp dies for rifle and bottlneck pistol cartridges
Hornady pistol dies
L.E. Wilson case Trimmer
RCBS Chargemaster powder dispenser
RCBS Universal Hand Primer
The above is by no means a complete list of equipment, just my preferences for particular pieces of equipment. Lots of options on other stuff...

Forester makes an excellent neck turning tool.
For the top end in die sets, think bushing dies. Lots of companies are making them, look through MidwayUSA for what you need. Bushing dies allow some 'tweaking' in neck tension.

I would add the best balance scale you can afford to the listed items, but have my thoughts about the performance of the hand priming tool from RCBS, beause of its sloppy nylon seater guide.
Their bench mounted automatic priming tools are somewhat more expensive, but all steel-alumin and are a joy to work with, I bought the one with the tubes and it is exellent!
