What is the lateral, threaded hole for in RCBS Little Dandy Rotors?

Part of the RCBS manufacturing process?  Is it for some kind of handle?

Anybody know what the thread size is?

It's for a handle. You can get a mounting bracket and a handle so you don't have to hand hold the measure.
