They certainly are expensive, that's why I made one. I know it doesn't help but I thought I'd show it to anyone interested in seeing it. Some of you may recognize the bottom piece. It's unistrut. The "groover" was the hardest part to make. I measured the width of most cannelured bullets and the depth for my idea then knurled it.
I can size bullets from .17 to .50 caliber with it and place the cannelure anywhere I want and as deep as I want.

Sorry, there's no blueprint for it. I'm not even sure I still have the sketches I made 4 yrs ago. Basically I just took a few measurements, made a couple of sketches and took a couple of bullets with me to work and had at it. I do remember using box tubing, unistrut, drill rod, stainless steel rod and aluminum for the handle. The groover was made from tool steel. It was time consuming but I wasn't in any hurry. I used to supervise our maintenance dept. which consisted of 81 people and included the machine shop. Times have changed and I've changed jobs where I work so access to the equipment isn't as easy as it was.
