This is mine. A Weatherby Accumark in .338-378 Weatherby Magnum. I mounted a Leupold 6.5-20X 40MM on it with Leupold Rings and Mounts. I've been very happy with it's performance as a long range paper puncher. I'm thinking of maybe next year setting up another long rang bolt gun. But it's becoming such an expensive proposition to do so. Good glass is getting more expensive every time I look. I was kind of thinking of either a 700 Police in .300 Winchester Magnum, or .308. Melanie wants to invest in more AR-15's because she's worried about what Pelosi and company might do. You just can't buy everything, so we'll see.  Bill T.

Mine seem to be a tie between my 700 30-06

and my 350 RM 700 Classic

I have not done serious testing but both shoot real well (both are 1" guns)

Guess the rifle below would be mine.  A .338  Kahn on a Remington 700 action.  I have a few factory rifles (.25-06 ; 7.82 Warbird) that have proven to be quite accurate that I could stretch to 700 - 800 yds., but their platform's just not in the same class as the Kahn's.

How do you orient the rims of the cartridges on the stripper clips, so they won't interfere with each other when you strip them off into the magazine??  Bill T.

My CZ550 Varmint in 308.  Best out of the box rifle for the money I have ever seen.  Dirty Dingus has a match to this one and they shoot the same loads at range in the same groups.

Mine has a Simmon's 44Mag MilDot scope.

The group on the right is 4 rounds at 200.  The flyer is from the same string except was using the Set Trigger and it is touchy.  Can we say OOOPPPSSS!!!

Got over 2000 dollar in this one and still tweaking.

Started out as a Rem 700 25-06 Sendero. Changed out the stock for one of those

Col Plaster sniper stocks made by Choate.

Timney trigger.

Schmidt and Bender fixed 8x56 with extremey heavy outer crosshairs for night shooting.

Tried that David Tubbs bore polish stuff and like I say I'm still tweaking for that perfect load.

Okie I can figure out three of the scope knobs...is that 4th knob for an illuminated cross hair? I've never heard of the scope name though. I'll have to google it.

Hmmmm....do any night varmint hunting with it? It would be totally legal rig for up here in Minnesota for coyote.

10 shots really does show the true potential of a gun, and a handloader for that matter...

I guess you are talking about the knob on top and far back end

it is to light only the dot in center of cross hairs

as far as the brand of scope I have seen scopes that only the name was different

but are the same as mine

the knob on left side is paralax ajustment

It is actually a bit of a tosup, but I guess I have to say it is My Savage 12FV heavy barrel in .223 Remington.

I took it to SD prairie dog shooting 2 1/2 years ago and had dozens of kills at 500-550 yards, one at 680 yards and another at 685 yards.

A close second is My Browning 1885 High Wall in .22-250. It shoots tighter groups but has yet to draw blood on varmints.

My most accurate would be my Remington BDL Deluxe in 7mm Mag, I do all of my shooting with my Harris bi-pod in either the sitting or prone positions with it,.. as I prefer practicing the same way I'll be actually shooting it in the field.

Naturally it isn't as sturdy as shooting her off a bench or out of a "lead sled" but I'm not planning on draggin' either of those up and down the mountains either.

She can shoot sub MOA at 100 yards in either of the positions I practice in. I have replaced the original walnut rem stock with a thumbhole laminate and I also made a Walnut thumbhole Varminter stock for her. Both have been steel bedded, & floated and the trigger set to a crisp 1 1/2 lb. pull.

Right now I'd have to say either the Armalite AR50 at 'long' range, and the AR30M(.338LM) at moderate range.  Long range to me is anything over 1,000yards, moderate range is anything between 500 and 1,000 yards.

Armalite AR-50 has shot a 7.135" 10-shot group at 1Kyards

Armalite AR-30M has shot a 3.755" 5-shot group at 785yards

Have others that'll shoot sub-MOA, but not every-time/everyday....especially at those kind of ranges.

Scott (can't believe I missed this the first time) B
