I have heard about every 3 reloads you need to clean?
I plan to get a tumbler and some media soon.
But my first brass is from once fired new 45acp ammo, so is it ok to load it a couple times before i clean it?

I don't think there is any pat formula. Looks dirty? Clean it. I find that it goes smoother for me if I dump cases into the tumbler every time I use them. That can make for a lot of tumbler time but everything stays cleaner that way.

I clean after each firing. I have 2 tumblers set up and use the one thats open at the time. I like to get all the sand / grit / dirt off the cases before starting to load.

Clean it when it looks dirty, no set rule. Cartridge cases from autopistols get dirty pretty quickly, depending on where you shoot.
Look to pet store walnut and corncob for cleaning media, it is about 1/4 the price of "gun stuff". Add in a bit of either Midway's or Dillon's brass polish and you are good to go.

I shoot, lube, size, deprime and then clean. Mine never hit the ground so not so worried about the grit, just dont like the lube from sizing on the case so clean after I size.

I have two tumblers set up, one for fired cases, ( don't like gunk buildup in my dies) the other is used after I size the cases/trim/deburr/uniform primer pockets in order to remove lube and brass shavings outta the cases..
Also ..on the range it certainly looks good to have super spanky clean ammo.....

It's not only your firearm chamber,but dirty brass can mess up your dies. Save yourself a lot of greif, clean after every firing. One spec of crud can scratch your dies. Not so much for carbide one sthough

I read in the manual you can wash in hot water with a little dish soap. so i got a strainer that fits in bucket, then i can go from the soapy water to clear for rinsing with ease

Be sure to deprime before cleaning in water ... and when I do use hot water and a solvent of some sort, I am anal about drying with a hair dryer - but even then be careful not to red-hot your cases and ruin what annealing is remaining on them.
I tumble everything before I run it through my presses. I think most of us who tumble a lot, stash it back and store it up until we have 50-100 rounds or so to tumble at once. It's usually more of an issue (tumbling that is) for those who reload a half dozen or twenty at a time - each time they return from their shoots. But those of us who buy brass by the buckets, or spend all afternoon on the range picking up stragglers, or fill a big coffee can with brass every other week or so ... we tend to tumble more often.
Good tip about Pet Store bought tumbling media.

after i wash i lay um out ona towel and use the hair dryer

I clean my brass before every loading.It is deprimed,resized,trimmed to length,primer pockets brushed(all my brass get primer pocket uniformed in its virgin state first)..
It is then put in a mix of treated corncob and tumbled for about 3 hours,comes out,flashhole is checked,it gets primed..then its loaded back up and ready to go..
I like clean brass,dirty brass is a pet peeve of mine for some reason.I don`t know why,maybe its an obsessive/compulsive thing as it doesn`t hurt if brass isn`t bright shiny stuff..thats just the way I like mine,

Clean my brass after every firing, walk in dump in big blue Dillon tumbler, hit switch and close door. My brass stays clean and bright. Take out, deprime and onto RCBS prep and trim stations. Prime and load.... better than factory.

I clean mine every time I fire them.
This is mostly to keep grit out of my dies (a fair amount of my brass does hit the ground).
I went back and forth between Corncob and Walnut a few times, in the end I decided to stick with Walnut (it doesn't get caught in flash holes quite as readily and deals with the grungy brass a bit better).
I'm actually considering bypassing the tumbler altogether and using Iosso which is a liquid cleaner instead (basically you dip your brass in the cleaning solution for a few minutes then rinse).
It's not a bad idea to wear a mask when working with your tumbling media or to tumble outside if possible even if you aren't allergic to nuts as the Lead Styphenate dust in spent primers is inhaled and absorbed into the bloodstream much more readily than solid lead in bullets. You can use mineral spirits to keep the dust down, or throw in a dryer sheet, or bits of paper towel (these last two will do double duty by keeping your media cleaner so it will last longer).

I use a mixture of water, a lil dawn, a cup of vinager, and lemon juice., then rense and then dry on a cookie sheet in the oven at 200 degrees for a hour

I clean after every firing also. I run them through the tumbler, and then size and deprime. I try to keep dirt out of the dies. Normally use walnut media, but sometimes use corn cob.

I use walnut to polish, but corn cob with additives to actually clean.
Walnut has always left a sort of powder residue on my brass. Mix it with lub and it can gummy-up a die and/or stain the brass unless you get it off before doing the above.

Clean before every loading. Midway 1292 does the work, turn it on, go to bed, wake up to shiny brass. It's so easy, why not? Also dirty brass can scratch your dies and it does not take as much pressure on the press to resize a clean cartridge.
To the OP regarding media: Petsmart sells crushed English walnut shells as lizard or bird bedding. It's a lot cheaper than buying Dillon or Tuffnuts or whatever, it it works just as good IMHO. How's less than $1 per pound sound?
