Because of the distinct possibility I may use one of the above calibers in an emergency situation in dim light or darkness I'm looking for suitable powders with the least muzzle flash.  I have experienced the blinding effect of a bright muzzle flash at night and one shot can destroy your night vision for several minutes.  I know that the manufacturers use flash suppressents to accomplish this however I've been UTL any references as to which powders use them.  Power Pistol provides excellent accuracy and velocities from my FNP-40 semi auto pistol but the muzzle flash and blast is horrific. So bad, I won't be buying any more power pistol no matter how well it prints or what velocities it will attain. Thanks in advance for any experience you can share on this subject....

http://www.gsgroup.co.za/burnrates.html   look for loads that use powder at the faster end of the list. dont know if the lighter or heavier bullets will make any difference.possibily a single base powder will help.
