I size my lead cast 200Gr. SWC's to .452 and have never had a loading, leading or fouling problem.

.452 for cast. Most commercial cast is either .4515 or .452 as well.

I used to shoot .452 TL with ALOX and got tired of the slight leading in a Colt and Sig.

Changed over to a Lubesizer using Felix lube sized at .451 and leading is non
existant.

Slug your bore.  That's the correct answer.  Match or go a thousandth over your groove diameter.
