Ive had to order bits and piece from different online stores and then see whats been in the stores around here.
I ended up getting my dies from a seller on ebay for $15 more than I needed to spend. Better to have them than not, I guess.

lee has a universal flareing tool set on their on line catalog... they look like you could use them on almost any cartrage there is........

I tried to load 38sp with my Lee 357 dies, wouldn't flare or crimp the brass.
Used a washer to shim the flare die, but can't do that for a crimp.
