I picked up a bag of Remington 125gn Semi Jacketed hollow points the other day.

When I checked out my data at home, I did not have anything for these bullets.

I have Titegroup and Green Dot to choose from.  Can I get away with using the data for Hornady 125gr XTP bullets instead?  I have the same issue for my 357 mag also.  Any suggestions?

I once tested Rem 125 sjhp's alongside Hornady 125 xtp hp's using the same powder charges. Velocity with the same charges produced nearly the same velocity with the Rem 125 gr giving just a few fps move velocity (less than 20fps). As long as you work up and are not already shooting maximum loads with the Hornady then the Hornady XTP data in my tests could be used. The Rem bullet is a little longer and overall length seated to the cannelure will be longer with the Rem bullets I used. I didn't see any indications of differences in pressure from my cases or primers but no way test pressure. I wasn't using the two powders you mentioned.

There is a big difference in changing bullets of the same weight in a rifle vs changing bullets in revolver. With a rifle, you run the risk of different bullets  getting closer to the rifling and therefore changing pressure because they could have different ogive shapes. With a revolver( which I assume you are shooting 38 special through) You are still in the cylinder and have to jump the forcing cone and then into the riflings.

You could have a problem of setting the bullets deeper  in the case and driving up pressure, but I have  yet to see this happening.

Of course all this goes to pot if you are one that has to try to wring the last bit of velocitiy out of a loading. Once you enter those realms, any change at all can send you to the emegency room or morgue
