I have a pound of Titegroup and some Hornady XTP 200 Grain HP/XTP's, to load for a newer S&W 45ACP Revolver, all not mine. I have dies for a taper crimp, a roll crimp, and the Lee factory crimp die. These will be loaded in R-P 45 ACP cases. Any recomendations for charges, oal, and crimp would be appreciated. I have not loaded titegroup before. I have noticed some bullet creap in my 625 with auto rim brass before, but don't recall the crimp I used, its been a while.  Thanks, badtoad.

I too use Tightgroup frequently in a 357 mag revolver, but that was not your specific question?

I will assume(?) you have reviewed the loading data in a few of the manuals, so I won't suggest any specifically. What I have done in the past is contact either the bullet mfg or better yet, the folks who make Tightgroup for a suggestion and data sheet. I believe it is Hodgen(sp)

I have done this with other powders when I didn't either have a load in one of my books or had questions about my bullet or special needs.

Hope this helps a little - good luck

For the revolvers that are built to handle the 45 ACP, I would load the ammo as if it was going to be shot in a 1911.

the acp revolvers headspace on the casemouth the same as the auto's do.

i like to use autorim brass in mine and a rollcrimp. basically treat it as a 45 colt just shorter.

about 4.5-5 grs of titegroup should work for you.
