I have been wanting a Kahr 9mm for carry and the dealer made me offer i couldn't turn down. Kahr is a very compact weapon in 9mm and the size of the 380 's.

I fired the pistol and it groups very well for a small 9mm, shooting ragged hole off the bags at 15 yards. I am carrying the Speer 124 gr Gold Dot +P's. The Speer shoot about 1 inch high dead center at 15 yards, shooting at 50 cent size bullseye. I have a number of carry guns but must say the Kahr is the best Hot weather carry gun i have tried. With the Don Hume Belt Slide it is so small and light , you don't even notice you have it on. I wear it under a Tee Shirt and you can't tell i am packing. I guess a trained eye could spot you carrying but most people are so unaware of their surroundings , you could have a turd stuck on your back and they wouldn't notice. I watch people when i'm out and it never ceases to amazes me how vunable they make their selfs. No wonder, why so many people are victims of crime , most bring it on their selfs..

The Kahr shoot almost as good as the full size service pistol. The Plus P loads recoil a little bit more than the Standard loads but not enough that most women couldn't handle this pistol very well. The biggest pleasure of the Kahr is the ease of carrying and the ability to conceal . The Speer Gold Dot +P shoots ragged holes at 15 yards, which is the longest distant i have fired the pistol off sand bags.

I dunno, I dislike the Unification Church and the Moons enough that I would probably not buy a Kahr. I'll stcik with George Kelgren, and Kel-Tec.

One church is just as good as another in my opinion and i couldn't care who makes it as long as it works. The Kel-Tec is a good cheap pistol if you can't afford a Kahr.

Good, give my regards to Anton Lavey, if you will.

Not saying they are not decent handguns, I'm saying I disagree philosophicly with the ownership of Kahr. I don't spend money with them for the same reason I don't spend money with Sara Lee or Levi Straus.

Didn't say I couldn't afford one, said I wouldn't buy one. There is a difference.

Thats a neat one, good choice.  I just picked up a CZ83 in 380acp and it still feels the same size as the CZ85 in the grip area.  I still stick the 1911a1 or the ruger 357mg snubbie in my pants when i go out during the summer.  I picked up a Zastava in 32acp but the grip area is getting too small for my hand, I'm hoping the misses likes it.  I may go for a CZ82 or Makarov in 9x18 mak next.

I picked up a new Auto-Ordnance Army WW2 copy 1911a1 in 45acp from Kahr and its been awesome to shoot and a great performer too for just $389.  Out of all the low budget 1911's its a great gun at an affordable price.

Nope, Sara Lee Corp and Levi Straus Inc are huge contributors to The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence, and other anti-rights causes. I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire, I damned sure won't spend any money wth them.

Didnt know that, good looking out. I try to avoid any manufacturer that contributes to a orginization that trys to infringe on the 2nd amendment.
