They have now come up with a belt feed 45 acp 1911 , what is your opinion of this?     Check out the link.:confused:

I think I'll stick with a regular magazine feed for carrying around.   The idea of using the rear sight as the fire control is pretty clever.

Thats sick!!!  I just picked up a 15rd mag for my 1911 and a 30rd mag for my CZ 9mm.  My dream belt fed gun is twin remington 1100's fixed together.  Think about twin belt fed 12ga's  homeland security for sure!!!!                    BigBill

Kind of a strabge idea that fella has:confused:..Makes me want my 249 SAW back with a full drum and show that fella real belt fed splendor...:thumbs:I would say the M60,but I hear it is gone replaced by the 240 B..Shame,the M-60 was a good weapon.I hear the M2 50 BMG is on the chopping block,it may already be on its way out by now..

Thats a real shame about the Ma Deuce..You could get an enemys attention real quick when you touched them butterflys on that rascal..:sad:

i've been to that site. all those ideas are in jest at poking fun at the gun world, non of it is actually functioning. if you look he talks about belt fed bolt action deer rifles a good deal. very funny stuff, not unlike birdman's webpage (the guy who made the "homie style" sights that go on the side of the pistol for "gangsta" shooting)
