I am looking a thigh oriented Tac Holster to carry a 1911 or a P 220. Maybe a second one for my 586. But what is out that people have used. I can read the ads like everyone else, but I want to know exactly what the user can expect.

I am very happy with my Blackhawk (Level 2) Serpa thigh rig. It has a fast quiet presentation and is very durable. I am pretty rough on my gear and it can take a beating without any worry of dislodging my 1911. You can't clear it as quick as with the level 1 but I opted for the 2 due to policy.
