They are all comfortable - that's a must! You will find your comfort zone. I don't like kydex, love leather. But that's just me. :)

I've used both, and as long as the design works, I don't really care. Currently my carry guns ride in a Don Hume IWB design. Mrs. Charley's KelTec P-32 sits in an Uncle Mike's nylon IWB holster with the belt clip removed for pocket carry.

In practical use, I just can't see much difference in proformance.
