I am also concerned about the future of America. The government is not in touch with the people, Proposed sweeeping changes that just increases taxes.
The proposed health care is nothing like Canada has, the proposal of a Value Added Tax, didn't do anything in Europe and Canada except to raise the cost of goods.
With the current government there is any new thoughts there, but when countries start going thru this massive changes, the United States generally comes in to bail out the situation, except who is going to bail us out?

A great deal of the world owes the U.S. for their freedoms, but most of the world just owes us money.
With Afghanistan, we either commit to win the war or we should just come home and be the lap dog for China that we are becoming.
We are in the 8th year of the Afghan War, can anyone tell me who has beaten the Afghans? Can you say Vietnam???
