Anyone watching?
I'll be the first to admit, I don't. Some of the competitions shouldn't even be considered a sport(JMHO), and things that should be there are not. So I don't watch(other then the highlights on the news-like the guy that folded his arm backwards during a powerlift...that had to hurt).
How about it....anyone even know whats going on? Other then the bad air quality.....

| My wife is a huge fan of the olympics, however I can't seem to get into watching them, the women have NOOOO boobs, their are no cheerleaders, no rifle competition is ever on tv, soooo in a nutshell nope I don't watch the olympis either!

Lots of foks comparing 2008 to the 1936 Olympics held in Berlin. Both are/were showcases for a totalitarian regime.

| I have been watching most of the games and i have four channels showing different games at the same time and three are in HD. The Skeet and Trap was fun to watch in HD. I like the Basketball ,Soccer, Volley Ball and the Swimming. Sports is one of the few times i can put politics on the side.

| I don't have much time to watch but I enjoy watching when I can. It's not that I care in the least about swimming or gymnastics or any of that, but I have to admit my nationalist juices start flowing for our people to win. So for me, I get into cheering our people on and then basically won't watch any these sports until the next Olympic games come around.

I like the ball games, well not soccer or field hockey.
I also like track and field.

I just love Shawn Johnson. What a little cutie and great representative of our nation.
I watched a little more tonight and our female sprinters and hurdelers really represented our nation well.
Our male sprinters, not so much

I'll admit the only thing I watched was the female volleyball. Something about women in the sand with the nearest thing to a thong just makes a sport worth watching. Couldn't tell you who was playing, or for that matter won?
Scott (but honey, it's an Olympic game) B

| Who won the gold for handloading? Probably someone Chinese. They're pretty handy when it comes to putting lead into stuff. Last edited on 21 August 2008 03:49 AM by SCSlim

I read the Playboy magazine`s take on the Olympic hopefuls
but for the insightful illuminating articles about the games I assure you...

I liked the soldiers from the U.S. Army on the shooting team, great shoots. When will drag racing be an Olympic sport?

I found the shooting stuff on Universal HD via Dish Network.
Try googling the olympic schedule.
