The forth coming election, I do not want to see change, I have had too much change. I want a clean sweep, get rid of all of the DEMs, GOP and anyone else in elected positions.
We need to have people who represent the people of the United States. People who can be held accountable for their words and deeds.

Democrats will take a licking in the midterms, it looks like. Republicans blew it big time after Clinton's first midterm, they acted just like the Democrats had. I'm not getting my hopes up for much.

One word: Libertarian.
Unfortunately, until people get over the idea of 'winning' and election (i.e. my guy that I supported one, so I won also), rather than putting people in government who will SUPPORT your ideals/values, then we will all loose.
I was told by a physician that he liked what the libertarian candidate had to say, but he didn't vote for him because he had no chance of winning! I told him if everyone like him DID vote for the guy, maybe he would have won. By the look on his face, I think that the light bulb finally went on. Here is supposedly an educated man, an intelligent man, and one heck of a good surgeon.....but this whole voting thing is like a high school election anymore.
I started voting for libertarian candidates several years ago. The republican candidate that was running for office looked more like a liberal democrat than any republican I had ever voted for: pro abortion, anti gun, anti hunting, pro tax & spend, ect. The democrat running for the position wasn't much better. So I looked at the third party candidate, and voted for them instead.....because they fit my ideals better.
I am frequently seeing the lines becoming more and more blurred between the two parties, esp. on certain issues.....people really need to scrutinize their candidates better (ALL the candidates), and not just vote for a particular party as they have in the past. The days of the self serving two party system need to come to an end......

I have always detested DEMONCRATS as weak minded,yellow bellied anti gun,liberal assed whining fairy acting wussys that take from those of us who work,the middle class and fund their welfare horseshit agenda.They all claim they will take from the really wealthy..yada yada yada.
In the end,it is us dumb ole common middle income folks that struggle to get by as well and hold a job breaking our backs that pay for all this horse shit.
Now this communist block medical shit,bailing out corporate giants with tax money they take from us.
Nobody bailed me out when I got deployed and didn`t get paid for a month???Nobody gave a shit as far as the bill collectors went.
Why should I give a shit if AIG and General Motors went under.They shoulda spent their money more wisely.
If I and my family don`t, we are out on the street and hungry.Why not these super corporations and banks?
