Folks,
Look up SB-2099
You may have to register your guns with the IRS, pay a $50 tax on each gun and go thru finger printing.
Then HR45, the Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009
I am starting to think about succession or that CW2 maybe at hand.

Lots of falsehoods floating around on the net. TSRA had a great explanation of the so called "Ammunition Accountability Act" back in the Jan/Feb issue of theri magazine. Stil getting emails about microstamping, too
Be vigilant, but don't be taken in by ignorants telling the same old stories over and over.

Right now, I am keeping an eye for a grey fox while trying to our harvest finished and what foods we need preserved.
I don't employ illegal aliens, ALF included, I use high school kids for the hand picking after school, Min Wage plus $2 is common pay for them, but they know what my schedule is. My corn is harvested by a company that we split the money.
There is a rumor going around that Grey Foxes are immue to lead poisoning, via lead pills.
Sometimes I react to what I get in my email, sorry if it is out of date, but my produce is fresh and we use no chemicals.
In a bit, we will be canning tomatoes for salsa and pizza sauce, plus making apple sauce.
No matter what happens, we will being eating this winter and thru next summer.

2099 has been dead for years - not a problem. HR45 is still twitching, but no politician will touch it - it's poison. The idiot who crafted it is pretty much alone in his own mind. His own party will not support him - and he is a convicted felon with a record of gun-crime - go figure........

I stopped trying to figure out the current admin, don't wish to end up fleeing to the country for the Bahamas or Canada yet. I need to get a few things done while I am in states before doing a Bug Out.
But compare what is being shown on the History Channel about the 1930s in Germany and what is going on today. No we aren't directly attacking a country for practice for a war, but maybe. List to the people chanting for Mr. Obama and substitute the words Sieg Heil, which means Hail Victory.
The Pledge to Obama for school kids, it was removed from the US Dept of Ed's website, but it never should have been put up in the first place. That really sounded like the pledge that the Hitler Youth gave to Hitler.
I am an American, there are many like me, but I and they stand for freedom and democracy.

The National Association for Gun Rights has a petition ready for you to sign, but I want you to understand just how dangerous this bill is before I give you the link. Please bear with me for a moment.
You see, H.R. 45 would establish a national gun registry database which would:
- Increase requirements for firearms purchases, far beyond those ever proposed.
- Create a national firearms registry overseen by the Federal Government.
- Invoke Draconian penalties for bookkeeping errors related to the Federal Firearms Database.
It gets worse though.
Sarah Brady and her allies in Congress want to force you to take a written exam to prove that you are "fit" to exercise your Constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms.
I'm outraged by this, and I know you are too.
I'm sure I don't have to tell you that gun registration is the first step on the road toward totalitarian confiscation of all firearms by a federal power.
In fact, the most brutal dictators of the last century were famous for their gun registration and confiscation schemes.
It was easy work for Hitler's brown-shirt Gestapo to confiscate the firearms of German citizens because years earlier, well-meaning liberals had forced all guns to be registered with the government ... all in the name of safety.
When Hitler came to take their guns, he had a list of who owned every gun and where they lived!
But H.R. 45, Obama's National Gun Registry and Citizen Disarmament Act, is more than just a forced registration of all firearms in America.
The bill also makes it increasingly difficult to buy a gun in the first place.
Taken right out of Sarah Brady's Christmas wish list, H.R. 45 includes a laundry list of new restrictions on firearms purchases.
In addition to the outrageous national gun registration requirement, the bill also requires you to:
- Pass a written examination to purchase a firearm.
- Release your medical records -- including confidential mental health records -- to the government to get your "fitness" to own a firearm approved.
- Observe a two-day waiting period before all firearms purchases.
- Pay a gun tax of $25 or more on all firearm purchases.
Moreover, H.R. 45 bans all private firearms sales and maximizes penalties for minor clerical errors in dealing with the national gun registry.
The list goes on and on. It's enough to turn your stomach.
I know I don't have to tell you, but these restrictions make a mockery of the Constitution. "The Right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" might as well say: "You have no rights."
If a two-day waiting period, a written exam and a gun tax aren't infringing our rights, I don't know what is!
The National Association for Gun Rights is fully committed to stopping H.R. 45, but we need the help of grassroots conservatives like you.
You and I must join together, draw a line in the sand, and fight this battle to the end.
We must make this gun-grab expensive for the enemies of freedom. If we do, they'll flinch ... and lose.
By mobilizing hundreds of thousands of grassroots gun owners across the country, the National Association for Gun Rights can put anti-gun politicians on the hot seat.

Are you opposed to national gun registration? Are you opposed to a written examination to buy a gun? Are you opposed to a new $25 gun tax? Are you opposed to a total ban on private firearm sales?

The whole government needs to be monitored, one of these Czars wants to end hunting. In my household that will be costly as that is the protein we eat 6 months out of the year.
I want to know who authorized the power these cvars have, I can find the authoirity to create these positions in federal code.
Plus if we get Obama care, what ever it may look like, the IRS will be the record keeper and enforcer, so that ever one has medical insurance.
Why does this look like many governments that ended up with a dictorial government?

The term "czar" is silly - created to instill fear and distrust. Granted, the 'bama misadministration SHOULD be mistrusted! But most of these appointees are simply advisors with little real power. Several don't even answer to the kenyan, but to whoever truly heads the particular department.
Folks are making this into something far more than it really is. 
Now having the bloody IRS heading up or in any way being involved in the obamacare fiasco - very bad news! Seems the kenyan is trying to get all departments firmly under his iron fist.
Now we know how the German citizens felt in 1933.........

Try to read the Obama Mishealth bill, it is long, boring and very nebulous. The situation is not so much to have this "public option" it is to that every citizen is required to have health care. The means of achieving this and verifying this via the IRS.
THe Obama civil army is actually starting to be formed, just check in with all of the documents filed. It is boring, but I use Glenn Beck, Bill O'Rielly for the starting point to find stuff. But it is always just little bits and pieces, here and there.
The method that is being used to protect government actions and plans is called the NASA Effect. NASA really doesn't have the ability or regulation to use military classification of documents, so if you request via the Freedom of Information Act a certain document, that document is first santized because of the Privacy Act, then it put in with thousands of other documents. So a one page request could yield a 100 boxes of papers. So currently many things are being buried in other documents.
