I think it's important for members to know that we did not take this action lightly or without much discussion. In the long run it comes down to this. Posts containing advice or giving instructions to commit illegal actions whether it's shipping guns to other than FFLs, Shipping primers without Haz mat fees, altering guns to full auto or owning full auto without class III status, ad infinitum, will eventually draw unwanted and unneeded attention to this site. We'd be pretty naive to think that it isn't being monitored now by antis or even Gov't entities. None of us desires increased surveillance that would inevitably result from these types of posts. RD

If they are caught committing said illegal activity then someone aiding them with advice could be involved in the "hot water" series of legal problems. Aiding and abetting a criminal activity is a serious crime. Be careful of your words. Let's not be naive or foolish, wc
