You can give the cases a good soaking with some mild agitation in White Vinegar. Heat up the Vinegar in the microwave before adding the cases. Then rinse completely in hot water. After a good drying tumble them in ground corn cob with a healthy dose of Dillon Rapid Polish for several hours. They will come out looking as good as new. Bill T.

Shootingman, I tried the same thing with the shell holder from my Lee case trimmer. I trimmed to length, inside reamed, outside reamed and polished in 4 steps. Step 5 was a mad dash to the medicine cabinet to repair the 8mm channel cut through my index finger and thumb after the case mouth cut through the pot scourer and took a big chunk out of both digits. Not saying it doesn't work for polishing cases just pointing out that unless you are careful you'll end up with a nice goove to grip pencils etc. in your pinchers. RD
