Ok first major issue with my loads. Last week I made some 9MM and had two real bad jams.  Took the gunsmith to get the slide back on my Springfield 1911 to get the rounds out. I think this gun may have a very tight chamber because  I was able to shoot about 100 rounds from the same batch in different gun without any issues. I kept the problem rounds, took them home and tried them in the chamber after I removed the barrel. I found the round does not go into the chamber all the way but wedges in tight and sticks out about .150 making a perfect seal. COAL is ok but the rounds seem to have a little bell shape near the head just .001 or .002 by my measurements.  I have ordered a crimp die (these were not crimped) but I don’t know if that will make a difference and of course the die is back ordered.  Also I may have picked up some of this brass from range floor (yes I am a bottom feeder) and it may have come from someone’s else’s gun with issues. I am not sure if I did something wrong in loading, just have a gun with a very tight chamber or maybe just found some bad brass.  Appreciate any guidance or opinions on what I may have done wrong or how to avoid this in the future.

A Lee Taper Crimp die will help

Also check http://www.ch4d.com/ I use their taper crimp dies for 9mm Luger and 45 ACP

Lyman - http://www.lymanproducts.com/lyman/dies/pistol-die-details.php?brand=1&cartridge=5&die=18

http://www.grafs.com/fc/browse.php?q=&v=&s=az&p=588

Any of these should help your problem.

Also, get one of these. http://www.lymanproducts.com/lyman/case-prep/pistol-max-gauge.php

On a 1911 style pistol it's a simple matter to remove the barrel and use your own chamber as a gauge. If your cartridges are not a drop in fit, likely it won't feed. If you are using range pickup brass, you always need to watch for that kind of thing, I've seen some 9x19 brass that looked like someone added a belt on it because the chamber it was fired in was so out of spec. Sizers typically won't deal with anything that close to the case head. There are some tools that roll your brass thur them, and squeeze everything back to proper dimensions, but with 9x19 brass so available (even now!), iot doesn't make sense to me to deal with them. I just toss anything that isn't going to work with standard loading practices.
