Handload;
I get ww's at tire stores and such, last batch, I went to the place I get my oil changed and just asked if I could have some ww's, told me to take all they had so they could get rid of them, cleaned up to about 200lbs, free too.
Ww's do pretty good, helps to add 1-2% Tin, improves casting ease and if you want to heat treat for very hard bullets, a little arsenic helps, for that just add an oz. or so of chilled shot to 6 or 7 lbs of alloy.

Thanks for the welcome Timber,I will enjoy watching this site but won't have much to offer for advice but will most likely have lots of questions . The loads I want to get started on is for my savage 340 222 . This is my most used gun and I once had a guy do my handloads and they were some of the best I ever shot . He quit and sold me a 1000 rounds another guy put together and what a bunch of crap . Some were blowing the primers out, blowing the necks off,not resized right ,allready cost me an ejector ,No I donot use any more of them but hopefully when I get a set of dies I will be building my own . Sooner blow my own head off as have someone else do it for me .LOL Have a good one .

LOL.Hey Blackbear.Dont be bashful and ask all the questions you want.It helps jar the cobwebs in my brain at times.Don`t worry about blowing yourself up bud.We`ll lead you the right way and none of these men here would give you dangerous information.If you do it right handloading is safe as can be and your ammunition will wlak rings around most factory stuff..

SongDog..Welcome aboard bud.I`m always glad to run across another predator hunter.Check out some of fifty drivers posts.He`s hit varmints at over 1000 yards and klallen here has a registered hit with the Varmint hunters association at over 600 yards..You`ll like some of the extreme accuracy shooting around the place..
