| Is there a press that will load all length 12 ga. shells? And also load both steel and lead shot?

| I'd check the MEC web site, Mayville Engineering Company. Thay are a small Mfr. here in Wisc. but make a reloader specifically for steel. I know it'll do 2 3/4 and 3. Probably will do 3 1/2 too. Check for steel components at Ballistic Products. Steel is much more exacting than lead to load. Pressures can get out of hand real quick. RD

The MEC Steelmaster will do 2 3/4" and 3" shells. A seperate press is required for 3 1/2" shells.
Any MEC (preferably a single-stage) will load steel. You need a Steel and Large Shot adaptor and the proper charge bars.

Did you ever use or get an RCBS mini grand. I am looking for the same thing you are, a shotshell reloader that will do all lengths of 12gage and steel shot. I use alot of RCBS reloading stuff and like the company but would like to hear from someone who has used or at least seen first hand the RCBS mini grand before I buy one.
Thanks, Greg

| I never did get one. I dont shoot that much 3.5" stuff so I decided to just get a Mec or another brand that would be faster with the 2-3/4 sheels.
