I was in a survivalist state of mind when I bought that thing. I reloaded about 100 shot shells with it. I keep it just in case.

Last I checked you can buy shot shells cheaper at Walmart than the cost of components.

I just bought 200 Federal shells in 100 round packages from Walmart. I think it was about $20 per hundred.

With some of equipment that I need to have out in the fields, a Snake Charmer in 410 would be nice, but it becomes more junk to carry.

I always have a 45 on my hip. If I could get a scabboard that would fir my tractor, maybe a long gun would work.

I do have one of those Canadian made Winchester 12 gauge shot guns, maybe cutting it down to minimum would create usable weapon.

you just need to load the right thing. most lead and 3 1/2 steel loads are cheaper to make.

Shooter,

I am working on the load, but the snakes can hold the target for me to see if the load works, they don't have arms.

Thanks,

Jerry

(I LIKE shotguns-there,I've said it!)

Last one is black,holds 8 rds.Cylinder bore 20".

First one is Belgian-made;has "Sweet" as part of the label.

There's been others, but not as memorable.

But I only handload for rifles & handguns....:foot:
