I heard that with this powder it is very coarse and it won't flow through a bushing very easily, so you can get a higher charge than what you want which equals higher pressures. Turkey loads (i think)are maximum loads or really close, so i'd just experiment with different bushings or do it with a scale. Or you can get that universal charge bar from cabelas that throws very accurate charges.

Ive heard that too. I think because in a turkey load everything is so compact an over charge will bulge the crimp or cause the case to buckle. Im taking 1/8 of an ounce off the original load so I will be safe. I took the extra off for velocity but now I realize It is safer too.

I just found out I ran out of CCI 209 primer. With Chamber presures at 12000 psi can I replace it with a Winchester 209? I think a Federal 209 is too hot.

Try a few different primers with a slightly reduced load. That should tell you how well your primers and loads are doing for you.
