I have a new 870 and I'm going to start reloading for it. Where do I find info ? Like the max PSI for the gun, load data,Ext.

Most of the hulls I have are Estate 3"& 3 1/2 " for steel ans some 2 3/4 from lead loads. Most of my RE loading I think I want to do as lead. Where would be a good spot to get that info?

I load rifle a lot and I'm going to branch out a bit I think.I have an old Lee loader in 12 and 20 gage in 3" can I get some thing to make it work for 3 1/2" shells??

Sorry for all the questions, I started out with the PSI thing and they kept coming.Thanks."D"

SAAMI Max Average is 14,000 PSI for the 12 Gauge 3 ½” shell.

The description and link below will give you more information about Shotshell Standards than you want or need to know. The book will answer a lot of questions.

”The below ANSI/SAAMI Performance Standards books detail the voluntary industry performance standards for pressure and velocity of ammunition for use by commercial manufacturers. Each book includes detailed specifications and drawings.”

Estate hulls generally use data for Federal hulls. Get a good manual – a lot of folks swear by Lyman’s 5th edition of their Shotshell Manual. A lot of data is available online from the powder manufacturers’ websites.
