| Yeah Sharpshooters supply has some neat stuff. To bad the savageshooter site makes you pay to get anything beyond the basic forum. I don't use it enough to make it worth the money.

I frequent Savageshooters - never been asked to pay for anything, haven't found any areas I couldn't go to either. Check back in.

Forum has been changed, they removed all the gunsmithing, serial information, and some other things. Looks like everything there is open now at no cost.
Not bitching about cost...things cost money, including this board. Just didn't use it enough to make it worth it for me. Apparently there were quite a few other who felt the same way, otherwise, I doubt they would have changed.

This is an old post, but just for an update. Savage shooters is basically a free site. "BUT", Their are other forums there that non-members can't see. Classifieds being one of them. I don't know what else, "Im a member". But, I use it all day every day. I'm the moderator for the E-Mail target match forum there. I'm an extremely rabid savage guy. The membership fee is $12.00 yearly. Like Charley says, it would just depend on how much a fella used it. I "eat and breath" it. If it was $120.00 I would think it was high but I would pay it. I would have to. I'm addicted to savages.
I'm new here and trying to get a feel for things. I recieved an E-Mail invite from Wild Bill. Don't know how he found me but it worked, here I am..
