I saw my one and only 240 Gibbs some thirty or more years ago. For some totally irrational reason, I still wish I had bought it! When Rocky Gibbs "improved" a cartridge, he IMPROVED it!

You don't happen to load for the .280AI? I started breaking in my new barrel, fire forming some cases and sending a couple Nosler Custom 140 Accubonds down range. Always looking for someones' tried and true load.

CB,Unfortunately I don't have any Gibbs or AI rifles. Just the cartridge collection. Last night as I put these away again I did come across a case labled 7mm Gibbs that I didn't see when I sorted cases for the photo. I'm assumming that would be the same as a 280 Gibbs. RD

How well do those sharp shoulders hold up to the stresses of firing and resizing?
