Midway Good.

A few years back, people were majorly pissed at Larry Potterfield for starting to charge shipping, and putting a minimum order amount in place. Many people on the old "Shooters" board swore they would never buy another thing from Midway. I guess they lied, or maybe changed their minds.

I buy lots of stuff from Midway.

What I can't get from the local guy reasonable, I send off a letter to midway, and a week later, it's christmas.

For computers, NEWEGG is the same thing.

Between gun purchases, newegg, midwayUSA, etc, I prolly spend 10 grand a year.

Oh well, it's only money.....

I've bought a ton from them and will continue to do so. If you live in Arizona they have a lot of shipping free deals on heavy items like bullets, brass and the like this month.  Bill T.

Gents

as far as i could gather , the do not do international orders?

am i correct in the, and what do you think the reason would be?

Im not talking primers and powder here, but the other reloading stuff like brass, bullets, dies and the like.

Id love to do bussiness with them, and im sure there are many people here that would also.

All the best

Grey ,nope they don``t..but if you`d like.I`ll order it for ya and you pay the shipping to SA..I don`t know how much it would be but Im sure it would get ya what ya need.Do you have gun shops in SA with reloading components available readily??/Just asking as I don`t know what it is like there..Here, we  have em all over the place, but its hard to beat Midways prices on a lot of stuff,,

and no one seems to have a problem with it.

I have sent some items to Canada, S.A. , OZ and N.Z. and. so far, no problems, have never heard any funny clicks on my phone or seen any black helis hovering over the house.

I tried Natchez twice. Both times I tried to order somthing it said it was out.  Midway had it in stock so I bought it there.  I've never tried Weidners but hey I'm all for looking at other websites.

  Take care Be safe Poacher.

TG Thanks so much for the offer, im sure im going to take you up on that offer.

In the past gunshops were plentifull, and well stocked, but these days the few that are still open stock the bare minimum and can only order for you if you need something, at a price of course.

I sure miss the days when i just walked into the barber shop on the corner and got what i wanted,

All the best

Grey ,when you`re ready, cruise Midway`s site and let me know what you need. We`ll work out the details via pm.Actually since I think about it.When I first spoke with Midway about using their banner to advertise here.Maybe we should ask them about a discount for a special member that lives in South Africa and is having a hard time readily finding components..:thumbs:its worth a try.Every penny saved ,means more bullets and powder..The expendable items...

Oh man was forced to support midway again:sad: And once again I received my order a day sooner than expected! if it wasn't for the cost of the hazard materials shipping I'd get my powder from them also, but I get most other components from them!
