| Last month I ordered some Frankford Arsenal ammo boxes and Remington 7mmSTW Brass. The order arrived at my house 2 days before it was supposed to. You just can't beat their service... Gary

| Well They listened to all the complaints. If we (IL residents) send them a copy of our Foid card, they will send us ammo.

I just placed and order yesterday. I've used a number of different suppliers, but have used Midway several times.

| I've used Midway for years now and spend anywhere from 1500 to $2000 a year with them . It's has never took over 3 days to get my orders and everything has always been there. What I found to be totally amazing was in all this time I've only had one item to go bad, a chrony. I had it about 6 months when it went out and had lost my paperwork on it, I e-mailed them to see if I could get the address to return it to the company and they had me send it back to them and they replaced it with a turn around time of 6 days. WHO DOES THAT TODAY. Nothing but thumbs up for them.

I too get a lot of stuff from Midway USA. Luckily I'm in the US a couple of times a year & have a friend in NM order & pay for it, as they don't even accept payments from us "furriners."
There is a Midway UK but their prices are on par with my local gun shop - at least double the US prices.
My friend has a C&R FFL, so he gets a discount on some stuff too.
That reminds me, I need some .243 dies & brass.........

I use Midway all the time for reloading supplies other than powder & primers. I get those from a supplier about 30 minutes from my location. Don't have to pay that haz mat fee (RIP OFF) that way.
Midway has always given me excellent service, and very fast shipping. I'll continue to support them.

I've been a midway customer for several years but now I have to watch carefully and be sure the price is going to be a bargain. When I click that estimate shipping button I often just clear out my shopping cart.
I know it's not their fault but I have only so much money to feed my hobbies.
Natchez has some great prices but they will not sell to me as I live in Alabama. I did buy some XMR 4350 powder once when they had it for $65 for #8. I called and placed my order and when I gave them my area code I was told I couldn,t purchase it. I got my sister to order it on her office letterhead and they shipped it without any argument.
The bottom line is that I use midway whenever possible.

Hi Midway certainly takes their customers seriously, i had a over charge by accident and wrote them a e-mail, They wasted no time at all replying and refunding the double shipping charge they had made with me. They have the best customer service i have seen so far, And I am a loyal customer now,(except for powder and primers) the hazmat charge is somthing we can avoid buying locally. If it was not for midway we probably would not have the great tv programs on shooting wed nights on the outdoor channel, They are A#1.

I buy a lot from Midway, don't know exactly how much and have been a customer for many years with them. I don't buy powder or primer from them, but I do just about everything else. Even when they have something on back order they can predict when they will get that item in and then I will get a couple of days later.
Really GREAT customer service, that is why I have been customer for years. Plus on my birthday I get a discount on the total order. I am compiling my list for my next birthday.
I buy all of my stock molds from them as well as other stuff, but they have the standard molds from many companies generally in stock.
BTW The Lee 6 Cavity Handles seem to fit my RCBS and Lyman 2C molds.

For $12.99 that is a real deal for me.

| I really appreciate the website, it lets you know if the item is in stock or not. I had ordered some items from Cabelas in the past, and the items failed to arrive. Only after a call to customer service did they tell me my order was not in stock. I buy nothing from cabelas now. I just recieved another Midway catalog and was pleasantly surprised to see they carry quality outdoor gear now. I hope they don't get so big they fall on their sword.

Been using Midway for years for everything but powder and primers and small quantities of bullets or brass. Live in NW Arkansas so it gets here in 2-3 days. Never a problem.

| I dont have anywhere close to buy powder. I can pay the hazmat cheaper than I can buy the gas to go get powder.
