I love Midway.
I have spent a few thousand with them.
And I have spent many hours browsing the site and wishing I had it all.

I have bought from Midway for years. Good service, good prices, and they're well stocked. I go to their web site first, usually get what I want.

About an hour after I placed my last order I received a email from Midway notifying me of special birthday pricing good on my next order. I called to ask if that was retro-active to the order I had just placed while explaining that I probably wouldn't order again during July. The lady said is was good only for the next order and that basically I just had bad timing (story of my life) Next morning I received another email showing that I had been credited the difference of the special pricing! Midway is a great company and I highly support them!

I have 2 beefs with Midway, 1: They won't ship to Canada. 2: IF they know you are from Canada and you are having it shipped to a friends address in the USA, they will not sell to you. I actually don't believe they explanation as to why which is "We don't have a license to export". Just about everyone other Company does ship to Canada. From the Little guys to the big. They seem to have a great catalogue and good pricing. It's too bad they are missing out on some business from us Canadians.

My son and I got in a good shipment just before he deployed. We spent Sunday afternoon loading some 30-30s with his new Midway dies. Now he has loaned them to me until his return. Miss my buddy a lot, wc

I am cheap....that is why I started reloading. I have bought many items from Midway. Not just reloading supplies and equipment, mags and stocks as well as other items. I have an 03 FFL and that is supposed to get me a bit of a discount there. I buy where I find it the cheapest. Sometimes midway, sometimes Cheaper than dirt, and sometimes right at Cabelas. I guess I have no loyalty for the big guys. Guy

Maybe a little off topic but is Midways website and links slow to load for anyone else or is it me? Maybe they need new servers or bigger more powerful ones.

it's not just u .. they also changed their format recently still have some problems tho ( like the new look tho ) when i was workin on my last order i'd click "go to next page" and would get stuck on a blank page #1...there was also a couple times that i got a orange"page not found " never had that before they updated their servers or site ( still love midway tho albeit slower)

Midway and Graft and Sons both get A++. I like to support the local gun shops too.

I can say this about Midwayusa: Larry Potterfield is a real pioneer in the way an honest business should conduct itself.
Evey time something has gone wrong at midway (twice) on one of my orders they have fixed it and made it right usually going far beyond what they really needed to do.
Not to mention the fact that when Potterfield says he has nearly everything for shooting and reloading he means it ;) and its usually in stock for the most part.

They ship about the fastest of any shooting supply site - my last order I made about mid day last Wednesday, the E-mail said it would be delivered Monday (today) - it came Saturday night! Instead of the usual UPS shipping, this order fit a USPS flat-rate box, so they shipped on the Federal Snail. That Snail had drunk some Red Bull, I figure!

Hi all. This is my first post here. I just had to say that Midway has always been first rate in my case. I've spent several thousand dollars with them over the last few years buying everything from gun parts to scopes to reloading supplies. The shipping is always fast and I always get what I ordered. The only problem I have ever had with an order from them was on my last one earlier this month. And that wasn't their fault, it was clearly the shipper who beat the crap out of my package and lost a $4 part. I didn't even bother reporting it to Midway even though I'm sure they would have taken care of me.
I deal with Widener's some too. They are local for me and I can pick up shipments at their warehouse and save on shipping and hazmat fees. Widener's has been excellent too, and their prices are sometimes a bit better, but I find that I deal with Midway more often due to their excellent, albeit sometimes slow, website and huge selection.Last edited on Sun Jan 31st, 2010 05:15 PM by USMCJG

Have to chime in on Midway's behalf. I've dealt with them for years and have never had a problem— either with getting stuff or returning it when there's a problem (which is seldom). Just got a package late last week and expecting another one tomorrow. Living where I do (50 miles beyond the middle of nowhere) they are a life-saver. Their shipping is nothing short of phenomenal.

Ditto on the shipping, I do not have a clue how (and it must be some kind of hub issue) - but I get stuff from them the day after I order (always just regular UPS ground). I am also a big fan of their products with "how to" cd's etc; finished a very nice stock on a an old Marlin 1894, Larry Potterfeld providing instruction every step of the way. I'll definitely be back to the site (for about the gazillionth time now).
