What's the difference?  I am very new to this and was wondering as we have some match primers in our local store and I was wondering what you would use them for?

Thanks!

I think, match primers are supposed to have a more uniform primer media contend than the so-called normal primers.

I am told, the priming media is filled in by hand in all primers, and those people who are able to do this in the  most uniform way are "upgraded" to the manufacturing of match grade or bench rest primers.

I tried the CCI bench-rest primers, but as an average shooter, my shooting qualities do not justify the extra expense of these primers, and I personally think, there are a lot more things in  the reloading process which can be of influence to the uniformity of the accuracy than just a primer.
