US Navy, 1956-1961. Out of five years, four and a half years of sea duty. Out of Newport RI, Norfolk VA, Charleston NC, San Diego & San Francisco CA. Cruises to northern Europe (twice), The Carribean many, many times. Japan, Singapore, Bombay India (not recommended) Malaysia and all points between. On a WWll destroyer, a new construction destroyer and a guided missle frigate. I enjoyed almost all of my time in, and if I had it to do over, I would!!
