By far the best ammo we've ever used is Federal gold medal ultra match (UM1). we have about 2500 rounds which will last us for years to come. I've recently sporterized an 88 year old Winchester 52. which will group about 3/8" at 100yds with this ammo but I don't want to shoot up all of our match ammo while I'm playing... Has ANYONE made any stuff that shoots like this since this stuff went out of production? We were purchasing this federal stuff for about $15 a box (50rds) It's worth the money and all 4 of our Win 52's love it. Has anyone found any match ammo that can easily group under a half inch at a 100?? The Target rifles will group this stuff about 1/4".

3 Bricks of the Federal gold medal ultra match went for $400 on GunBroker.

Ammobank has the Federal listed but out of stock.
