I make the best Skinner, I have been carrying my own knives for many years now.

I even have several blades that I had Ti Nitrite coated that are waiting for me to turn them in to workable tools.

Thousands of slaughter house employees use Green River skinning knives and Victornoix boning knives, I have always bought mine from the owner of the local slaughter house, can see no reason to waste money trying to reinvent the wheel, or in this case, the profesional person's choice of tools.
