My two cents, I have had several pairs of binos and I'm not going to bash any companies,but you get what you pay for. That being said you still need to do your research after you make up your mind what you really want and or need. The three pair I use are 8x30 swarovski's slc,8x20 swarovski's compacts and 10x42 kahles.

Ditto that. Mine have the lieca glass and are the small ones. You don't really appreciate good optics until the marginal hours of the day. Just my 2 cents worth.

I have the Porro-LF 10x40. They have been on hunts, walking and horseback, checking out pretty women and they are great. I got them out of alignment which Leupold fixed free and in very short time.

All binocs work much better if you get a tripod adaptor & tripod,I have Leupold 10x40 instant focus & Pentax 20x60 binocs for glassing for deer,elk,etc plus several other binocs
