I need some starting info on powder charge for 260 rem and imr 8208 xbr. I can't find any load data! Everything i see is for under 107gr bullet. I want to try 129 gr.

Hodgdon doesn't list anything above that bullet weight, probably because it's not at it's best above that range.  You would likely be better served with a 4350/414 powder or similar.

That powder seems to be geared towards smaller cases like the Grendel and 6.8 SPC or the PPC's. I have heard of great results with either 4350 or 4831. http://www.reloadersnest.com/query_bw.asp?CaliberID=112&BulletWeight=129

Why would they list it for all the way to a 200gr in the 308 and stop at 107 in the 260?
They don not even list it in the annual for 243???

Cyberguy, two things come to mind.

They haven't gotten there yet, a fair possibility.

The expansion ratio for the .308 is nothing like the .260.  A more likely bet.  It seems as new powders are developed, they are for narrower and narrower applications.  Powders suitable for the .243 (6mm-08), are useful in the .260 (6.5mm-08), but rarely tops in a 7mm-08.  By the time you hit the .308, the requirements are quite different.
