I have taken several hogs and deer with my .280 Model 700 remington. On the last day of deer season I took a nice 10 pointer at about 160 yards. The deer weighed 140 pounds field dressed. Well I have done will with these loads.
IMR 4895 @ 44.0 grains, 140 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip, Remington Case, CCI Large Rifle Primer, OAL 3.30
Varget @ 49.5 grains, 140 grain Branes Triple Shock, Remington Case, CCI Large Rifle Primer, OAL 3.30
Good Luck
