blackhat, thanks for the tip...so I guess this means that my oal can never be more that 3.271" if I use the hornady sp 150gr bullet.
Another problem...I'm using lee dies. I played with it to where I think it will seat the bullet to achieve 3.270" oal. Sometimes it seats it perfectly at 3.270" and a couple of rounds later it might seat it at 3.267" oal. Is this minor differences normal or is there something wrong with the die? I try to keep the same amount of force when I seat the bullet and hold it for a second and release.
