anybody have any good info on the 7x57 ai round?? looking for some feedback on shooting the 160grn noslers. probably would be looking at a 1-8 twist

     I think a good place to start would be RL-19. I shoot 162 grain Hornady's at 2650 from a 20.5 inch Standard 7X57, using 54 grains. I see know preasure signs and thats about all the powder i can cram into the case.

   Un less you have a real deep throat in your rifle i would back off to about 51 for starting point ! ...tj3006

what is the bullet? is it a match or the standard hunting grade bullet?

its a 162 grain Hornady interlock. Thats a hunting bullet. If i had a 2 inch barrel I think I would get 2800. And I would not be the least bit suprised to see you get 2900 froman AI 24 inch barrel.  Another powder I have used with sucsess is H-414...tj3006
