I'll second that one. There are more uf us than they think, if it comes down to it. as far as mexico, what they need is their own second amendment right to help the overwhelmed military and police in their neighborhoods.. As an American, I am bound by our constitution, not the world courts!!!! Our government would do well to remember that.

I for one don't care what treaty they sign, their actions by signing an agreement with other countries don't mean squat, the supreme court has already ruled in our favor in the Heller case.
What they don't seem to get they can pass anything they want, but enforcing it is another.
How many of your county sherriffs are really gonna come looking for you?
We outnumber the feds 1000 to 1, they won't show up either. They are counting on all of us being sheep, like they are, but we are not .
Fear not people, I still believe the power is still in our hands, we just need to be as politically active as the ones that are trying to take our guns.

we must all hang tough together on any action or reaction...... i WILL not let my constitutional rights be taken from me............. i'm thinking about joining the NRA again but i am disappointed in that organization in not protecting gun rights from a long time ago..... it seems like i've said before soros and the socialists have more polititicians in their pockets than the NRA can buy....................
LIFE IS SHORT....... THE 2ND AMENDMENT PROTECTS US ALL..............

umm there is no sense in that amigo ...but i doubt not that there are those out there with hearts so black and dreams so vile ......i stand for america !within our ranks is the backbone and the heart of this once great nation ,we the people are being pushed ,and on purpose ,they wish to incite ,they wish to misinform ,subvert and split our country until the jackals who all call for help when they are messing up their own countries are stalking us into a corner wishing to devour the hand that saved them so many times ....they do it for the fleeting moment of false power it gives them yet failing to realize that they are destroying chipping away at the very rock they are standing on chip chip chipping away until it collapses ........ my friends even my foes fall not to their plans the loss will be irrecoverable ,for more of the results of the donkey's at work ....perhaps most important is the gauge of the comments -i give u janet wushername at her finest

Such a treaty would be unconstitutional. Check out Marbury vs. Madison: 5 US 137 (1803). This is a SCOTUS ruling.
http://freedom-school.com/acceptance/constitutional-law-by-carl-miller.pdf
Bottom line, all laws enacted after the ratification of the Constitution, even treaties (which have the force and effect of law), must comport with the Consititution. Further, citizens have no duty to obey an unconstitutional law (including a treaty), and they need not wait for a SCOTUS ruling on that law before they disobey it.

The language is clear: if this treaty passes the Senate (a big IF I hope) the President will have the power to make any rules & penalties he sees fits with regard to its implementation WITHOUT congressional oversight. It will be his ball-game. (His and Rahm Emanuel, that is.)
The treaty also cuts out our court system. Of course, you could always TRY to get a case heard in SOCUS. But who will be sitting on SOCUS by the time that happens?

Fryboy,
I don't want to seem like I'm saying there is "no risk"— cause that's far from true!— but you should take everything on that fourwinds site with a grain of salt the size of a bowling ball.
And YES! Assault noodles have to go! No civilized country would allow citizens to own assault noodles. They should only be available to the police and military.

DK amigo mio ...every thing in life needs a grain of salt ,however -there are things in life that there jest aint a big enough grain of salt ( nor tequila on the side)will make taste better..or go down smoother,i dont just blindly follow something or some one ,everything on the web is hearsay, when certain things fallout of order it's prudent to look at all possible angles yes that means all six sides of a two way argument, fact is i know too many facts ,what i see personally counts for alot of it ,i cant explain the pressure i feel in my society ,in my friends and even people i dont know ,the biggest fear # 1 say it how u want -money,stability,economy,it all equals the same thing ,should i sell what i have left while a buck is still worth a candy bar ?( and then buy that candy bar and then freeze it?)i mean after all why wait until like nazi germany ,the American Confederacy ,and countless other's "printed money" became worth less than the paper they were printed upon ...on articles like the aforementioned and many others i also read most the comments, think of it as a rectal thermometer if u will,i'm a lil guy ,u mite say i have a ground up view on america ,i dont just read our so called american reports on our country but i read outsiders views as well,i'm an american,my country mite shame me at a future time ,but i'll still be a american and i as an american fear for america and free citizens of all countries....may truth, justice and freedom rein !the truth of the matter the war isnt our drain on components we all know this they have been geared up for that for years ,the grab buying affects alot of it but there's more too it than that,i'm not denying that ammo component factories are kicking stuff out but what are they loadin and where is it going ? mexico to fight both sides ? and us too ? stockpiled in government bunkers ? i've seen adds for primers for $100 and folks was buyin'em[sigh]with no prior steps in place to umm set up home reloaders(so called illict ammo manufactor's) licenses how long do u think u'd have to wait to get one ? oh wait ur a right wing extremist sorry sir we cant help u ,some people perceive an opportunity to make great sums of money from it anything especially ammo is a investment stronger than any stock until they outlaw and confiscate it that is , i used to tell myself that .22 lr was going to be the "standard wampum" of the future, i hope i'm never right on that btw ! the government is more than out of money , even china is now scared to buy much more in the way of loans on the american dollar (me thinks not too many people will like the critter barack hussien obama will pull out of his hat-or other assorted places)if they can distract ya enough with all the lil stuff u just mite not see the major until it's too late yet all the above is but a small part of the picture and parts keep addin up
this was a month ago
http://www.policelink.com/news/articles/101124-private-gun-confiscation-pt-2
one fact i do know ? the powers that be ATM do have a very quiet and hidden anti gun agenda and if america survives this i believe u will see more violations of the constitution and bill of rights under this administration than any in history

Assault Noodles were banned under the biological warfare conventions, I think it was in the 1972 UN conventions.
