Big 10-4! And that nice big UN building can be given to those companies that lost offices and people to the Twin Towers attack in September of 2001! NYC still has made nearly zero progress in doing anything with that hole in the ground.
Send the Useless Nations pukes back to The Hague or maybe Paris - that Liberal haven would likely welcome them.
We fund the majority of the UN's senseless attempts at world domination. Take the US's funding away, they would fold and blow away. We would be doing the world a great good, as the UN has long ago lost their way and exceeded their original mandate. Truthfully, I cannot think of ONE instance where they have actually done any good, ending conflict without having US occupy the country and act as thugs.
They claim to want to end the "proliferation of ILLEGAL smallarms", but they sure seem to want to start with taking our LEGALLY held firearms and ammo. That is in direct violation of the Constitution of the United States, and makes them hostile to our very existence. We need to "Ban the UN!"

Absolutely. According to the UN, any firearm not controlled by the military of police is an illegal firearm.
Sad to say, when I quoted Chairman Mao and Kruschev, I meant to state one more. Unfortunately my wife distracted me with some comment and it got left out.  However, of the comments by those communists that I have considered important, the most important one is attributed to Adolph Hitler. It is as follows:
"WHAT GOOD FORTUNE FOR GOVERNMENT THAT THE PEOPLE DO NOT THINK."
It's true you know. Most people blindly follow whatever their favorite talking head is saying on the boob tube. I do belive that if Charlie Gibson said the moon was made of blue cheese rather that the green cheese everyone thinks it is made from, they'd not only believe it, but would probably write in and ask where they could buy some. 
P.T. Barnum had it right and WE THE PEOPLE seem to be the suckers when it comes to the MSM propganda machine. I'm so tired of seeimg Obama the Usurper on the tube that I've almost quit watching altogether.

Yep, between that simpering moron with the big ears showing up EVERYWHERE and the bigtime fubar of Digital TV, I use mine pretty much only for VCR and DVD movies. At least then I can watch something interesting without the picture freezing and pixelating, or being sickened by bobo lying to his adoring koolade drinkers........
Remember his economy ex-spurts saying the 'recession' is over.....? It hasn't even hit bottom yet. This time next year, it's gonna be much worse. Home values are still tanked, housing sales are very low, and Florida has just announced the total stoppage of all state-funded construction projects - of which Tallahassee has a LOT! The economy is still in a nose-dive. Florida is about broke. Georgia is broke.
The Democrats are going to lose their shirts in the 2010 elections. I'd love to see more seats go to the Independents...... but the pendulum usually swings from one extreme to another, never reaching a happy equilibrium. I just hope the GOP (Groady Old Patsies) can field some contestants with some brass ones this time around. We don't need more of the same we had last time around.
I predict things will get bad enough in the next year that many of bobo's True-Believers will finally see the light and abandon him. He'll be a lame duck with no hope for reselection. But then, they elected the idiot Clinton the second time around, fully knowing him for a two-timing fool. You can always count on the stupidity of people in large numbers.

What is the worst part about our political system is not anyone can be president or really any other office unless you walk the line the partys drawn. Without affiliation or nomination by the republican or democratic party no one worth a damn can get in cause they wont allow you on there ticket. It has became a aristocratic system powered and fed by the rich and the political agenda that is established at the time. Most of us vote republican because we dont want a democrat in but truth is neither has done the nation any favors in decades. Even those that know they are doing wrong cant do right without apologizing on TV for it. Im not real optimistic that the issue will ever be resolved thru our current political system I think we need a 3rd major party but even it will become corrupted and we lack the time needed to establish one before the reps and dems running the show send us straight to hell.

I am a little confused here, I looked at the treaty web site http://www.oas.org and it said the treaty went into effect on 07/01/98. So what is going on here why is everyone upset about? that was 12 years ago and nothing has really happened. A little information please.

I think we are talking about a new treaty, which claims to work for "world peace" by "limiting" the trade and ownership of small arms. The UN is pushing this and it doesn't take much insight to see that it is another putsch by those who wish to disarm all common, everyday citizens in the interests of... what?

If the president accepted an anti-gun treaty with the UN, the states would have nothing to say about it. Think about it . . . . . an anti-gun treaty with the UN would allow any president to uphold his oath of office (by avoiding our constitution), and having the UN take our right to own guns.

Ok I did a little research on this and it seams to me we are in a heap of trouble. when does this go to the senate for a vote? What can we realistically do about it? Sure we could contact our senators but I think they will go there own way with this. My senator happens to be feinstein and she listens to no one but her self so I'm screwed there. So what can we do?

support those that support our rights ie; dont vote for the tainted or for those who dont stand for america and american ideas,write ur senators ur other associated congress critters ( even if they dont listen ) join local and national groups that fight for our rights but above all ,those whom dont dont work for the people are only working against us vote'em out ,there's too much u can do that i cant even begin to list it - boycott any establishment that doesnt recognize the second admendant , if there's a sign on the door that says no guns dont do business with them and LET them know why , encourage others to do likewise etc

sadly IMO they only wish to start a civil war or worse [dabnabitman i hate it when that happens.....] and while i adhere to the laws of man as best as i can there is no law that supersedes our constitution ( i'm sure that there are millions of patriots who also firmly believe this )nor do i see an easy conquest of america even tho many are still blinded by self choice..hope they wake up before it's too late for no country has helped humanity or freedom more than america and that cant continue under some foreign rule ...
