The best luck I have had has been on gunbroker.com. There seem to be some folks that are selling off various components at one time or another. Maybe they were hording, who knows? It may take a while to come accross what you're looking for, but it beats driving around for miles and miles for nothing.
I found a brick of WSPM primers for my .357's a few months back. They were twice the price as were available locally but he was including shipping. AND... no hazmat fee due to person to person sale. All things considered, it was a reasonable price and I now have primers for my pistols/carbine. More recently I found a fella selling new 1lbs bottles of 2400. Got one! Weren't cheap, but it beats paying close to a dollar a round for .357 ammo.
Good luck. No primers means no bang. No bang, no BOOM!
