No need to apologize, the client(s) should have "made a proper shot" in the first p[lace.

However, it IS my job to clean up the clients mess.

I don't know all of the guys there, I only know Johan.

He is not the guy that got hit.  However, Johan shoots a 500 N.E. . . . . I think.
