I went out this morning before light. The wind was from right to left and I was facing east. I knew my odds of not being sunned was not in my favor . I was there early enough that if I start calling right when it was getting light enough to see I would be alright. I had the FX3 about 40 yards up wind. So I could catch any dog coming up out of the bottom down wind of the call. About 10 minutes of calling I catch a dog in the corner of my eye. He came farther down wind than I anticipated. I slowly turned my head and then picked up the sticks and AR moved his direction. OOPS BUSTED! But when I looked through my scope there he was, so I barked at him and he stopped to look at me for the last time. I dropped the hammer and WACK, dead dog.

God Bless,

Song Dog
