Hey guys just bought a fox pro FX3 today and I am taking it out coyote hunting in the morning.  I did a lot of reading and have more than one person say that foxpro is the way to go.  I didn't have the cash for the FX5 which would have been nice but from tinkering with the FX3 I bought I think it will do the trick.  Just wondering if any of you have any info on sound choices or things that I should watch for etc.  Anyway hopefully this trip will be a success.

I have an fx5 and it is more sounds than i will ever use.... I would rather have had the new scorpian I think looks more conv. to carry...
As far as sounds your fx3 prob. came with 50 sounds but Randy Anderson has about 16 callls for coyotes that are execellent.....  go to primos or calling all coyotes for his calls:thumbs:

Hey thanks for the info.  I will check out Primos.  The trip was a success in a way.  We got some coyotes called in.  Didn't get any dead.  Man they sure can run and I sure suck at shooting a moving target.  I like all kinds of hunting but man calling and having a coyote sneek up on you sure is a lot of fun.

You made a great choice!  Sell dozens of these units every spring for those that want to whack the coyote!  Can always tell if the unit is a winner....they don't get returned after the season is over.
